Refund Policy

Our policy for refunds and returns for digital products is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your digital item must be unused and remain in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

In specific situations, only partial refunds are granted, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If needed, reach out to your bank. If the issue persists, please contact us at contact@seobroker.shop.

Sale Items:

Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a defective item for the same product, email us at {email address} and send your item to: contact@seobroker.shop.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns:

To return your digital product, mail it to: contact@seobroker.shop. You are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
